GOAT MEAT PEPPER SOUP

INGREDIENTS FOR GOAT MEAT PEPPER SOUP

  • 1kg goat meat (cut to pieces)
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder/sliced onions
  • 2 tablespoons dry red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons peppersoup spices (i made used of already made spices)
  • 7 leaves scent leaf (sliced)
  • Seasoning
  • Salt

PROCEDURE FOR GOAT MEAT PEPPER SOUP

  • Par-boil the goat meat without any spices just with water until is almost tender to taste

Note:-It makes the goat meat to cook fast and to avoid being strong

  • Put the pepper soup spices and grinded pepper in a small pot,add little water
  • Then place on the fire and boil for 4-5 minutes..then sieve out the water properly with a very tiny mesh sieve to avoid debris in your pepper soup
  • Add the sieved liquid to the par-boiled goat meat and stock
  • Then add the onion powder or throw in some sliced of onion if onion powder is not available
  • Taste for seasoning and add then cover to boil for 4-5minutes until your meat is tender then add the scent leave and allow to boil for 3-5min
